The Cooperative Resource Center and Wellspring Community Development have been Georgia’s source for almost every type of affordable housing project available. The organization develops both modest and extensive rehab projects, new construction, affordable preservation, and historic renovations. CRC works independently, but has also led the field in partnership projects with local community groups, and as a consultant for smaller, inexperienced organizations. Our projects can be found in virtually every setting, from urban to suburban to rural, mountain and coastal. The communities featured here are representative of all these different facets of CRC’s work.
