Cooperative Resource Center : Georgia’s Source for Affordable Housing

Services

Wellspring Community Services

As a mission-driven nonprofit it is our belief at the Cooperative Resource Center that truly successful affordable housing must offer its residents multiple opportunities to grow in self-sufficiency, opportunities that provide education and access to services that encourage a sense of pride as a contributing member of the community.

CRC’s Wellspring Community Services employs full time trained and certified community service staff, and participates in a number of partnerships with other service-driven nonprofits to bring our residents the kinds of learning experiences that lead to greater independence and expanded possibilities in life.

Services vary by property, depending on the needs and challenges of each community. Every community receives a variety of programming options throughout the year. The Wellspring Community Services programs are voluntary, and take place on site and in the local area. Whether we serve 1 child or 100 families, our programs are designed to create a stronger, more capable community.

“Since I have started working here at CRC, I have learned so much about budgeting, saving money, computer training, and Homebuyer’s Education.  I really have a passion for the Special Housing Referral Program because I went though the program and made tremendous positive life changes, so others that are on the program can do the same.”
