Mission 

 

The mission of the Cooperative Resource Center is to provide an affordable solution for people who have difficulty finding safe, quality housing in which to live and raise their families. We do this by setting standards for innovation, productivity and efficiency in the development and management of affordable housing complexes in Georgia. Because we value the spirit of community, individual responsibility and opportunities for individual growth, CRC is committed to bringing life enhancing and family stabilizing services to every CRC-owned community.

 

Accomplishing these goals requires a host of strong, proven partnerships with state and federal agencies, financiers, contractors in design and construction, and local community organizations. In the complex world of affordable housing, CRC carefully directs and coordinates the cooperative efforts of all involved to stabilize neighborhoods, preserve housing, build new communities, and empower individual lives.
