Located on a hillside in the mountain town of beautiful Baldwin, Georgia, Manor Place is CRC’s first senior adult independent living complex. The project was developed to meet the housing needs of fixed income senior adults in the lower income brackets. With both 1- and 2-bedroom units, Manor Place is home to an active group of senior adults who take full advantage of the lovely surroundings, often sitting outside in garden and picnic areas and enjoying conversation with neighbors.  Social events and learning activities are well-attended, with the residents heavily involved in the planning process. The property provides the area’s only affordable housing for senior adults.
