Modular Construction – Single Family – Rural Eastern Georgia

 

The first affordable housing development of its kind, Pecan Grove is a cluster of 40 top quality modular, single family houses located in Waynesboro, Georgia. Beginning in summer, 2005, these homes will be available for rent to low income families. At the end of the 15 year tax credit period, residents will have the option to purchase their homes at a significantly reduced rate. Through CRC’s HUD certified Housing Counseling program, tenants will participate in both pre-purchase and post-purchase counseling programs that provide them with the opportunity to access special financing packages available only through HUD.
