Cooperative Resource Center Georgia’s Source for Affordable Housing |
|
Established in Georgia in 1992, the Cooperative Resource Center has become the most productive 501c3 nonprofit developer of affordable housing in the state. Through its Development Division, CRC has produced and preserved nearly 4000 units of housing for Georgia’s low income and special needs residents. Families at CRC properties also receive a variety of on site service and educational opportunities. Wellspring Community Management programs are provided to encourage and assist our residents in becoming more stable and financially independent. Our housing is located in rural, urban and suburban areas. CRC works independently, and in partnership with other nonprofit and community groups, teaching and training others to produce and preserve affordable housing for low income working Georgians. CRC is Georgia’s source for affordable housing.
